The following "Terms of Service" refer to Cyber Shop ("the Company") and any client who makes an online purchase. The client accepts and agrees with all the Terms of Service present in this page.

The Company holds the right to change the Terms of Service at any point in time to better apply best practices to its services.

Product prices are continuously updated. Despite having been taken all precautions, product prices are reviewed after any order may lead to the cancellation of the same in the case of human or computer error. In these situations the customer will be notified by email or telephone in order to be refunded or to achieve mutual agreement.
 
All Marketing Campaigns in place are subject to their own Terms of Sale and to their limited stocks.

By choosing to pay through Bank Transfer, the order will only be finished after sending a payment receipt via email to the address mentioned in the receipt, specifying the name and ID from the same order.

After paying for an order, if any items are out of stock, the company has the right to replenish the missing quantities within 7 days, and a refund will be made on the 8th day.

#4 Delivery and Shipping Costs

The Company reserves the right to dispatch within a maximum period of 7 days. In case the Company is unable to comply with the deadline, it will notify the customer by email or telephone. The order will be shipped as soon as payment confirmation is made and the delivery time will depend on the carrier availability.

#6 Returns and Refunds

The client can communicate the decision to return an item acquired online through the email and phone numbers present in our web site's contact information. This communication must be done within 14 days after the item's delivery. Once the client communicates the wish to return an item, there is a maximum period of 14 days to return it.

The cliente may return any items that are accompanied by their original packaging, as long as the items and the packaging are still in the same condition they were sold in.

The refund for the returned items will be made within 14 days after the client expresses the wish to return those items. The client must pay for all shipping expenses associated with the return.

Cyber Shop respects the privacy of all of its website's users and commits to protecting the personal information every user decides to share.

When the collection of personal data is required to provide services or the user decides to share personal data, the use and computer treatment of this data will be done according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure the confidentiality and security of the provided personal data. The entity responsible for collecting and treating personal data is Cyber Shop, and the data shared by users will remain on the company's database for a maximum time period of 10 years.

The collected personal data may be used for direct marketing only when previously consented by the user, through email and SMS by Cyber Shop.

Supplying personal data is optional, and the right to access, correct, and erase any such information will always be guaranteed by law.
